PROMAS oil is a natural product extracted from the fruit of the olive tree without using chemical processes or blending it with other oils. This oil keeps the flavor, the aroma, and all the vitamins of the fruit used for producing it.
It is exported to Brasil under La Serenissima trademark, and it is marketed in the domestic market as prOliva.
Promas produces the natural juice from olive fruit grown and carefully selected in the pre-Andes region in La Rioja. In a 1,507-hectare olive grove, varieties such as Arbequina, Manzanilla Fina, Barnea, Coratina, Changlot Real and Farga are grown.
