Activities in the factory begin with the reception of raw material sent from the plantation, which is brought to the production plant in trailers especially designed for olive transportation. The olive fruit is tested in order to check its state before entering the production plant. Oil quality depends on raw material quality.

PROMAS Mission
To be recognized nationally and internationally for its competitiveness, the quality of its products and the customer service it provides by means of:
Optimizing its human, technological, natural and capital resources. |
Adopting a new and better management approach. |
Improving the life quality of those who make up the company. |
Preserving the environment. |
Quality Policy of the Mastellone Hnos. Group:
The Technology used has an influence on the Product: due to the industrial application of all the scientific and technological breakthroughs in the food sector, nowadays consumers have access to a greater and better olive oil supply. |
Those who use the technology, assure quality: to obtain a quality product requires more than investment and technology; it implies a high degree of engagement on the part of those who have the responsibility for producing such essentials as food: olive oil, in this case. |
What is essential is the raw material: No industrial process, sophisticated and modern though it may be, can improve the olive oil quality if there is no raw material of quality. |
